We have identified an issue impacting customers purchasing tickets who use GMail accounts.

This includes email addresses that end in: @gmail.com & @googlemail.com.

Emails to these addresses (including E-Tickets) are being delivered into Spam/Junk folders rather than the Inbox.

We are working with Google to resolve this and encourage customers to check their spam/junk folders to retrieve emails from the Churchdown Fireworks Team.

We identified an issue earlier today (19/10) that impacted customers purchasing tickets using email addresses ending in gmail.com & googlemail.com. Emails to these addresses (including E-Tickets) were being delivered into Spam/Junk folders rather than the Inbox.

Following advise from Google we've implemented some changes to resolve this issue.

All customers are advised to check their Spam/Junk folders in the first instance before contacting the Churchdown Fireworks team. You can also use the 'MyAccount' function to retrieve tickets: https://churchdownfireworks.co.uk/my-account
